For: 1.2 Bedrooms of stuff in a House

I was on my way to the pickup location,when the customer cancelled the order at 11:00 pm. I wanted to pick up Friday morning to minimize downtime, since the customer could not take delivery before 5 pm. A lot of miles driven in vain on this job.

I did not hold it against him that his truck broke down the week before at the original pick up date. The fact that he called me 15 minutes before we'd expected him, to tell me he hadn't even made it to pick up was forgiven too. However, I let the provider know very clearly that I wished for the stuff to be picked up ON Thursday 3/22 and delivered Friday 3/22. When I asked my family if he'd shown up by 7:00 pm Thursday, they said they hadn't heard from him at all. Of course I cancelled. I am sor

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time On 3/18 (fifteen minutes before the scheduled drop off time) The provider called to to tell me he'd broken down the night before and had just got the signal back on his cell phone. It was a huge inconvieniance, but life happens and I told him I would wait for his truck to get fixed. We made arrangements to postpone pick up until 3/22 and have drop off on 3/23 at 5:00-6:00. The provider did not show up at the pick up location and has not contacted me. It is now 3/23 at 2:15.
Response from budget:
the customer's husband cancelled the order at 11:00 pm the night before pickup. A lot of miles driven in vain.
