Driver was nice and helpful. Delivered a day late due to weather, would have liked a call earlier. Driver forgot to give me the paperwork for the boat and the key. After I contacted the office it took a full week+ to get the documents/key in the mail. I would have assumed they would have sent it express since it was the drivers fault and they gave me no way to contact him directly. I was unable to drive the boat for another week. Overall nice people, just a few comments on customer service
