RESERVE PICK UP FEE is due before pick up, at carrier assignment, and paid via secure online electronic invoice using V/MC/D/Amex or direct ACH bank transfer. REMAINING FINAL BALANCE due to carrier's driver at delivery, via cash, money order or cashier’s check only. Optional prepay in full terms are available with broker to settle COD for customer.
