The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
We scheduled a pick up on Thurs 6/5. Driver was at the location and was told that they could not load him. We called the receiver to advise that they was no one to load the driver. I advised that we would try to get another truck up there but it would be at least a week to make those arrangments. We started last week to get a truck in there but our current shipments were not going through there. We were also told to try at the end of the week. We called the customer to advise but did not r
