It was great dealing with these guys. They were really professional about everything and kept contact throughout the whole process.Both pickup and delivery were on time as promised. And they made it so easy for me by accepting payment upon delivery. I would definately do business with them in the near future.

They are very nice people and they accomadated my needs but my tv got all scraped up which had no scrathes on it before i moved it and they broke my bed and when they put it together they didn't put all the screws back in it, it was loose when i went to sleep in it i appreciate the effort but i guess in a whole i wish i would have went in a different direction. I think i should be compensated for the damage to my bed and tv because the were brand new before the move.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Contacted the service provider and was informed his wife passed recently in an accident. Service provider requested that I cancel the shipment since he is currently unable to perform the shipment.

My experience with this provider was very bad. First of all they didn't come out and check as to all that I had to move, which is the first mover I've ever had that didn't do so. And they sent two men who couldn't lift anything thus they slid most of my furniture down three flights of stairs damaging and breaking items as a result.

These movers damaged a dresser severely, and signed a paper stating they were responsible. I contacted Terry Payne and we agreed that he would reimburse us $200, which was a compromise considering repairs will be in excess of $500. He never sent the money. I called two other times and he said he forgot and that the money was on the way. It never came. He will not return my calls and I now have to sue him. They are unprofessional, crude, and I was lied to. Do not use this mover at any price!

The service provider (tpayne) had to cancel my shipment due to unfortunate circumstances which I understand completley..
Please cancel and refund my deposit money.
