They were really professional about everything and kept contact throughout the whole process.Both pickup and delivery were on time as promised. And they made it so easy for me by accepting payment upon delivery. I would definately do business with them in the near future.

No Detailed Feedback Available They are very nice people and they accomadated my needs but my tv got all scraped up which had no scrathes on it before i moved it and they broke my bed and when they put it together they didn't put all the screws back in it, it was loose when i went to sleep in it i appreciate the effort but i guess in a whole i wish i would have went in a different direction. I think i should be compensated for the damage to my bed and tv because the were brand new before the move.

No Detailed Feedback Available My experience with this provider was very bad. First of all they didn't come out and check as to all that I had to move, which is the first mover I've ever had that didn't do so. And they sent two men who couldn't lift anything thus they slid most of my furniture down three flights of stairs damaging and breaking items as a result.

No Detailed Feedback Available These movers damaged a dresser severely, and signed a paper stating they were responsible. I contacted Terry Payne and we agreed that he would reimburse us $200, which was a compromise considering repairs will be in excess of $500. He never sent the money. I called two other times and he said he forgot and that the money was on the way. It never came. He will not return my calls and I now have to sue him. They are unprofessional, crude, and I was lied to. Do not use this mover at any price!

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After accepting the Service Provider's bid, I sent an email immediately requesting a move date of Aug 10th. Service Provider responded and advised me to speak with the driver to confirm the date. After speaking to the driver, I received a phone call from the Service Provider cancelling my move date and no other optional dates. I am very unhappy with this company and please return my deposit!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Our bid for this bike was accepted by TLP Express on 8/12/07, however since then we never had any communication with this hauler, except one time in which we called and spoke to someone who told us they had a problem with their regular driver and gave us a phone number for another driver who supposely was going to pickup the bike for us, but again we were not able to make contact with him or anyone else who could confirm when and how they would pickup our bike. We understand things can happen

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The height of my truck is approximately 6'6" tall and the enclosed trailer of service provider is 6'2" tall. The service provider was polite and said he could possibly ship without the wheels and tires installed, but I don't feel comfortable with this arrangement.
