Mattress and boxspring arrived ruined due to negligence. PR Transport misrepresented their equipment and services. They have not replaced the bed as agreed upon and are no longer communicating with me. PR Transport did not handle this situation in a professional manner, and I am extremely dissatisfied with their service.
