I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have called and left messages, I have sent emails and one phone number they have listed has been disconnected. I have border paperwork that needs to be done and I need a shipper that will communicate. I have not spoken with them since I acceppted the bid and I need information. My time is limited and I need a responsive transport company. I am relisting the shipment today.

Its tough to trust someone to take your $55,000 vehicle and transport it 1600 miles without ever meeting. They did an A-1 job. Very accomidating when I could not meet the shipper at drop off and let me pay the day after. The only thing is I wish it was a little easier to keep in touch with you. Don't take this the wrong way because I am very happy with your work, but I am not lying when I say I probably placed over 100 unanswered phone calls. It all turned out good though. Thanks very much!!!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Beware, review their canclelations very thoroughly. They have many unhappy cancelations due to not communicating and not meeting schedule. ThewifeandI failed to make 2 scheduled pick ups. They will not communicate either. They say their dodge is down, but they brag about how many trucks they have. Also they tried to get a 3rd party to do it for less than the bid.

Response from THEWIFEANDI: You are outright lying. The first scheduled pick up was delayed because your Seller went to Bible Study on Monday. Then your Seller stated he could not get the shippment together because of heavy rain. You wanted me to make two stops to gather up Sellers Ultralight; not only that but the Seller had not disassembled unit as discribed in your ad. To top it off you wanted me to stop in Louisiana to pick up another Ultralight which you felt should be included in the already agreed upon transport.

The shipment was delivered late due to weather issues. But, the forklift arrived in a good condition. I have sent emails asking for updates and received responses in a timely manner. I am happy with the delivery service.
