I no longer need my item(s) shipped Seller sold the item out from under me.

Ted is a very nice person. It is a shame that the seller sold the item to someone else after committing the item to him. This is definitely a valid reason for cancellation, as there is no way he could have seen this coming. I would recommend that his deposit be refunded by U-ship. Best of luck to you in the future!!
