The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time CONTACTED SERVICE PROVIDER SEVERAL TIMES AFTER BOOKING DATE AND WITHIN TIMEFRAME I HAD AGREED TO HAVE CAR PICKEDUP, WITH NO RESULTS. CONTACTED SERVICE PROVIDER AFTER AGREED TIME FRAME FOR PICKUP AND THEY SUGGESTED LOOKING FOR ANOTHER SEVICE PROVIDER BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS FINDING A TRUCK WILLING TO DROP OFF MY VEHICLE AT MY LOCATION BECAUSE ALL THE LOADS COMING OUT OF THAT AREA WERE GOING OUT FULL TO CHICAGO WITH NO DROPOFFS
