A real professional boat hauler, not a fly-by-nighter. He followed the law to the T. Got all his permits & escorts when required. No sneaking around hiding from the DPS. Excellent communication. He phoned me on the way up to the boat, when he got loaded & 3 or 4 times on the way down. He showed up early then helped out the entire next day as we maneuvered & set the boat in a very tight spot. I will use him again. Thanks, Jim.

Jim was excellent. His service was fantastic and he did EVERYTHING he said he would do. Despite some mechanical issue with his truck and bad weather along the way Jim always stayed in contact and delivered my new boat in a timely fashion. I would recommend him to anyone. Jim did a great job moving our boat. He stayed in touch before during and after the move. He was a great asset in getting the boat off the trailer after he backed it in my building exactly where I wanted it.Should we ever need to move our boat again Jim will be our first call.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The shipper is having mechanical problems. The date of pickup was to Be yesterday the 5th of October. I have an email from him I can forward. Please refund my fees as I booked another shipper whom will pick them up tomorrow. I unfortunately cannot wait as plane tickets are bought and the date was set 6 weeks in advance with this guy. Thanks, Tommy

I talked to Tommy 4 weeks before his pickup date and let im know I was running behind. I met him 2 weeks before pickup and told him if anything happened I would be a little late. He did know ahead of time and not at the last minute. I even posted his load and tried to get another carrier for him. I had a driver that could have picked up the jet skis on time and I would have gotten the boat a week later but he did not want to wait. I did try to help im out and did not leave him stranded at all.

Jim communicated very well, this was an antique wooden boat which Jim was knowledgable with at launch. He inisted we land swell the bottom by filling some of the bilge with water - this made the swell time in the water much faster and leaking was minimal -would highly recommend for your shipping needs. I could not be more pleased with the service provided by Jim during the move of my boat. He took very good care of a very expensive boat transported 1100 miles. He was EXTREMELY responsive and let me know exactly where he was every step of the way - and he met or beat every timeline that was laid out.
