Jim was great. He really knew what he was doing. Great communication as well. He genuinely cared about the boat and the job he did.
Turns out he worked his schedule and got me my boat 5 days earlier then expected.
I would definetly do business with Sundance again.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The carrier has stated his grandmother in sick and he needs to visit her. She may die and he would like to be by her side when that happens. With that said, he has no idea of when or if he can move this boat for me.
Cancel and refund the deposit.

Although the shipper had equipment problems and was not able to complete the assignment, he was responsive, cooperative and tried everything possible to complete the move. I'd do business with him again.

Jim did an excellent job of delivering both our boat and jet ski. Was patient at both ends of delivery. Even went out of his way to bring the jet ski on a seperate trip because he had committed to both deliveries ( with diesel at $4.00 gallon) very commendable. I would not hesitate to use Jim again.
