The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper did not follow through on picking up my boat. He had a good exuse if it was real but who knows. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and should not have done that at all. He would not call me back so now i am a month short of getting the boat

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Service provider suffered loss of his home to a suspicious fire. He's involved in investigation of suspected arson and is unable, through no fault of his own, to meet our agreed delivery schedule. He has attempted to locate other carriers but is unsuccessful as of this date. I believe Mr. Thomas has earnestly tried to keep his obligation but is unable to do so.
I have located another carrier who is able to provide the service on the date requested, and have contracted with him.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time While negotiating with this provider, communication was not a problem. After awarding the job I was unable to reach the provider. Numerous phone calls were un answered and un returned as well as sveral emails. He has ask me to pay in an unconventional way. His lack of response to me (the end customer) has left me feeling very uncomfortable enlisting his services. I have tried to coantact him to arrange payment with no response. I am unsure of his insurance holdings and have been unable to r

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Jim Thomas, the hauler i accepted last reached me on May 15th telling me he would be a week late...it is now over 3 weeks and he is not returning calls or emails. I want to cancel because of non-compliance. Your support department has even tried to reach him but to no avail. I want my money back.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider gave me several dates that were worst case, and was not able to pick up my item on any of those dates. He was impacted by a broken trailer initially. I tried to reach him to reschedule three separate times over four days and got no response. Response from SundanceXpress: I did meet with Seth in person so show him that I had the repairs completed but he decided to hold off on shipping until the spring is wohat he told me.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipper was supposed to arrive 9/27. Its now 10/13. I could not reach the fellow at all for nearly two weeks, then finally he emailed back and said he had been in the hospital and had his gall bladder removed. While I understand, the communication was lacking and a call or email just explaining the situation would have been nice. Response from SundanceXpress: 4 scars and $25,000 later I'm back.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have to cancel the transport as I found a good deal on a new trailer in Connecticut. Without a firm pickup date, I had to identify a backup plan to get the boat from Maine to Cincinnati before snow interferes. That backup plan became more advantageous to me that the U-Ship plan. Sorry for the cancellation.
Response from SundanceXpress: I had told him I was making a delivery in Mass. on the 22nd and was within his timeframe, but he bought his own trailer and changed his mind.
