I was very pleased with Mac and his crew. They carefully wrapped and protected the furniture to be moved. There was a lot of glass shelving and glass doors involved and everything made the move successfully without a problem. One large wardrobe was too big to fit through a small doorway around a tight corner... I even offered them extra pay if they just took it to another location, but they persevered and I was amazed that they were able to get it into place. Mac is a miracle worker!

Overall I was very pleased with the service. We requested a pickup delivery schedule change and they accomodated us with no problem. Arrival was a couple of hours late but that really was no problem. Both gentlemen were very courteous and helpful. Washer and dryer arrived in perfect condition. Would use them again if the need arises.

EXEC DESK & CREDENZA, Frisco to Austin:
I knew Strongarm intended this to add on to another load of office furniture. When that canceled, they honored our agreement when I said I couldn't wait.
They agreed to set up furniture into my office, but the desk measured 1" TOO BIG TO FIT THRU THE LIP OF THE DOOR! The delivery men PATIENTLY worked with it and MIRACULOUSLY GOT IT IN THE ROOM WITH NO DAMAGE TO WALL OR DESK.

The guys were very nice & worked with me since the ship date was much sooner than I had prepared for. I didn't anticipate having everything ready to move, and they offered to help me pack at no additional charge! Although the actual day of the move was a bit hectic due to some difficulties on their end, they met their promise to move my belongings that day. The furniture was well packaged and carefully moved. I would definitely use their services again for my next move.

Overall, the worst moving experience I have ever had. The guys were nice but here are my observations:
1) 5 hours late.
2) This was a 4 bedroom house (only 3 because guest was empty) with a queen and full size beds, two armoires, no living room furniture, 5 dressers, 2 refrigerators, 2 TV’s, 6 boxes,3 night stands, and a small bar. It took 7 hours.
3) One of the movers was on the phone.
4) Could not even move the washer/dryer because of limited space.
5) They did everything in 3's.

Thank you for the feedback. Our customers are our most valued asset. We partner with them to deliver beyond their expectation. In this case there were circumstances beyond our control. The team that was scheduled for the move were returning from a move in Houston and were running late. Customer was notified ahead of time and given a discount. The 26ft truck was packed full and all furniture were wrapped and protected. We never sacrifice the quality of our service. Mover on phone terminated 05/09

Service Provider was professional. Minor damage was repaired by Service Provider with excellent result. Very Satisfied with delivery.

Mac and Cedric did a great job moving my furniture. This is my second time using them and they were as professional as before. Mac was running behind that evening but he called in a timely manner and apologized for the delay. I love Mac (Cedric is awesome,too) and couldn't imagine having anyone else move my things.
