I contacted James one day after the day he was supposed to deliver my motorcycle, and until that moment he told me that his truck broke in Arizona. Since i sent this bike to my brother in Mexico, i contracted a carrier from Mexico to come for the bike two days after the delivery date that James gave me. James delivered the bike 16 days late, so i had two pay TWICE to the mexican carrier. James offered a 50% discount for the delay on delivery wich means $250, but 2 months later he has not applied

Response from StrongManMoving: Customer notified of complete and total mechanical breakdown in the middle of the desert (truck still there). I personally flew out, picked up another truck, then drove back over 1000 miles, got the bike, then drove 1400 miles to deliver all at my own personal expense to deliver the customers bike without a single scratch on it.

Unfortunately disapointed when my 2002 HD Ultra was delivered with some damage. Tourpak scratched, rear fender scratched and both saddlebags scratched (one badly) Real bummer. No follow up from shipper about damage. Now I have another bike to ship and I am very worried to even do it.

Response from StrongManMoving: The truth: Per conversation at delivery, shipper stated he would take bike to his shop for an estimate and get back to me. To this date, shipper has never contacted us. Minor cosmetics noted, shipper agreed it wasn't too bad and was fixable.

When things don't go absolutely smoothly is when you see the measure of a man. James had some personal challenges during our contract, but he came through for me anyway. Sometimes he's so busy he doesn't get back to you as soon as you'd prefer, but he gets the job done. He is an honest man, and his character reflects integrity and caring. Thanks James

We enjoyed working with James and with the actual delivery were very satisfied. Our furniture arrived in perfect condition, & James was courteous & helpful in loading & unloading. Our concern that was that due to mechanical trouble, the shipment was almost a month late to arrive. During that period, the timliness of communication was not up to our expectations. In the end all worked out, though we had several stressed out days wondering where our furniture was & if it would every be delivered
