Hello my name is Joseph Carazo. I own three successful companies for 6 yrs. a commercial cleaning & landscaping company in northeast Pa. Along with my transporting which I run with my bro-in-law and myself. We use a 2 2010 Chevy Silverado Diesel Duelly Heavy Duty Pickup trunk, 24' foot V-Nose enclosed trailer. Now I will give you a little about myself I'm a 31 year old. I am married with beautiful daughter. I'm not here to rip people off like many people do across the country. I'm hard working man who enjoy transporting clients good and seeing the smile on there face when I deliver there goods or toys per say.

UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL The antique item from first shipment with SpectrumServ had to be refinished due to poor packing. They were friendly and I gave a second chance. Those items were to be blanket wrapped and shipped in an enclosed trailer. They arrived UNWRAPPED in the back of an open bed pick-up wedged among other items. They were manhandled as they were removed and scratched badly. Owner returned call days later, agreed to pay for repir, and never responded to any other call or email.

Carrier unresponsive to requests to prove this accident happened. Left us in a bind as it was last minute and now we lost a customer and this cancellation made out fee with uship go up as uship see cancellations as no fault and all parties are punished. Which works out great for uship as they make more money in the end.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider arrived at the pickup location (car dealership), attempted to load the cargo (a minivan with dimensions published in the listing) and drove the passenger side of the minivan into his trailer. After damaging the minivan, the service provider refused to discuss the damage, left the minivan at the pickup location and drove away. The police are involved & it turns out the service provider falsely advertised his insurance. PLEASE REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY, I WILL NEVER USE USHIP AGAIN!!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This provider emailed me at 4:49 pm saying he was in the area and would I call him. I responded to his email at 5:05 pm and then called the number he gave me. I was sent to voice mail three times and received no reply to my email. He has not called me back. I do not think this is appropriate amount of time to justify councilation. He says my number is non functional but I left it in two separate voice messages plus he had my email reply 6 minutes after he sent his email.

I call the number provided 3 times and number wasn't going straight to voicemail. Lady next time you need a book it now item keep your phone on because truckers like myself have a families also and don't have time to sit there and wait till you decide to turn your phone back on. Lesson learn
