The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment southern freight co.cant accomodate my truck, they complain their lowbed is 3ft above ground level with my truck will go above the required level on the road.

After talking with Shipper he had wrong dimensions, the height, weight, and lenngth. He needed a rgn, not a step deck. This would have been a permit load. After researching the Mack it was well over all the dimensions

On my bid we had the dump truck would be picked up in two days. The shipper called at least twenty times to pick up the same day. I told him that my truck was not availabe til the next day. He got angry and told me to forget.

Great service, fast, friendly & reliable! The team went overboard trying to get this unit loaded and shipped and never gave up. Sometimes drivers and companies give up when everything isn't perfect when they arrive, this crew did not! If you want to book with someone that stays in contact, on time and doesn't mind working use this crew!

We stated we would pick up in 2 days. He wanted it picked up in 1 day. Our truck was unloading 5 miles away and still would have picked up within the 2 days and tjay2real canceled. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SHIPPER!!!!
