After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Was not able to reach service provider after bid was accepted. Service provider then wanted additional deposit by way of credit card info prior to any arrangement of pickup. Service provider stated that original deposit was for Uship only, which contradicted the uship web site.

As a business, we must ensure that our carriers are paid for. When we ask for CC info, it is just as if you were paying for an item online. You provide info, and when the item ships you are billed. This is a fairly common practice in the world of business. Thank you.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Cannot reach a represenative after an entire week of voicemails and e-mail. No response and absolutely no communication from shipper was recieved.

Excellent experience and I highly recommend this company. My packages arrived on time and in great shape. These guys were able to get my stuff from the states to Asia (by UPS Air) for a fraction of what other companies quoted. I will definitely be using this company again.

SMARTESTSHIPPING TAKE FROM BANK ACCOUNT $884.92 AND USHIP TAKE $97.81 USHIP CAN'T HELP ME. SO BEWARE THIS DON'T HAPPEN TO YOU!!! I'M GOING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT WITH USHIP BECAUSE THEY CAN'T HELP TO SOLVE YOU PROBLEM AND THEY CHEERS THE FRAUDULENT PEOPLE!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD! ! ! !

THE SHIPPER IN THIS CASE DECIDED TO FILL OUT AND SIGN HIS OWN WAYBILLS AND NOT USE THE ONES WE EMAILED HIM, effectively making a new direct contract between him and UPS, at their regular rate. When he called us the first time explaining UPS is trying to charge him direct, we asked him why did he not present the waybills we emailed to him and we found out together that his Norton antivirus software had removed the waybill attachment and he did not bother to read the content of the email body.
