Skye was the most wonderful person to work with! She took very good care of my dog on his way back home! She always kept me informed on what was going on and made sure that Mason was as comfortable as possible the entire trip! I would definately recommend using Skye as your transporter of choice!!!! Under no circumstances would I ever use this shipper again, reardless of cost. This shipper was unprofessional,inexperienced, unknowledgable,late picking up horses,24 hr. late delivery.Delivered horses without registration papers, coggins, and health certificate (which were hand given to her by seller)These ae lost and she has not been able to provide them. My cost and time to get registration papers reissued is a nightmare. Sellers notified me that their experiences were unpleasant.Elusive4000

He was notified of theft of Coggins right after I filed report w/ police. Police have contacted him about theft. Our horse was delivered in good condition. Skye picked our horse up on time and even though Quattro at first did not want to go into the trailer, we finally succeded. There were a few minor delays due to some very unforeseen circumstances. However, Skye was in constant contact with me or my grandaughter on the delivery end. The horse arrived safe and sound and my grandaughter has her birthday present.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
the service provider had problem with her trailer but she never informed us and i had to call her so many times and she never returned my call and after my last attempt to call her finally her assistant picked up the phone and told me what is going on. by then it was too late and we had to beg our friends to help us out.

Response from SkyeDS: This is NOT what happened. Shipper requested & was given not ONE but TWO reschedules. Then an ice storm hit Central Texas in April, & due to the weather & maintenance on the rig, I asked shipper for a reschedule. Shipper did not respond to MY attempts at contact, until according to her it was "too late." I was going to request a cancellation because of scheduling conflicts, but Shipper was faster. A thorough review of my profile will show that I ALWAYS communicate with my shippers.

Communication was excellent. Skye stayed in touch from the beginning and throughout the process including confirmation of delivery. She delivered happiness and peace of mind to countless numbers of troubled children with her generous donation of the donkey and the goats. I would gladly transport for her, welcome her and hers to my ranch, and/or break bread with her and hers any time!

I cannot speak highly enough of Skye and how pleased I am with her service. My ponies arrived safe and sound, even a little mare who was not even halter broke, let alone trailer broke. Skye is not only a wonderful person to meet but a knowledgable horsewoman as well. Her truck and trailer provide a safe ride for any size horse. I highly recommend her to haul horses and she will be my first choice for any future hauling needs I may have.
