Redwing Hound Haulers, Nationwide Quality Dog Transportation since mid 1990's. Customized Multi Dog hauler to include Apartments to accommidate the extremely large breed to 250 pounds to the very tiny toy, one to 5 pounds. Features Climate Controlled Atmosphere which runs independently from transporting unit. So even at the gas station break your pet enjoys AC comfort. West Coast to East Coast and back 12 months of the year. Adult Dog Fed 3 times per day, using Purina One Dog Food, water at all times. Walked every 6 hours. Four times per day. Bedding refreshed every six hours. Puppys, have water and food 24 hours a day using Purina Puppy Food, Play penned or walked every 6 hours, under 4 months they never touch ground. Four times per day. Bedding refreshed every six hours. References are available upon request after bid acceptance. Since the Mid 1990's we have been hauling for exclusive breeders/shows/hunters/trainers throughout the United States and Canada and continue to do so

No Detailed Feedback Available Hired this company to ship a pet accross country. Promised shipment in 10 days. 10 days have passed, phone # dissconnected, company totally unresponsive to requests for updates, doesn't return calls. l will be forced to contact authorities in an attempt to locate shipment and intend to prosecute if not resolved quickly.

'REALLY' You and your brother need to talk more often! Your brother booked transport. He has the contract, he has the welcome package, he has Rewing Booking Sheet, he has all of Rewings phone numbers, emails, text. He had us break our backs to drive 3000 miles to have Peyton pickedup by 9/18, he phoned us yesterday for drop off time. We are driving 3000 miles to bring him home. One would think he might have told you. 10 days good faith estimate might have atleast let us have those days!

I WANT TO WARN ALL TO NOT USE REDWING HAULERS SERVICE. WE JUST HAD THE WORSE, MOST FRIGHTENING EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. THEY VIOLATED THE CONTRACT AT EVERY TURN INCLUDING ADHEREING TO AGREED UPON PICK/DROP OFF AND LOCATION SITES. THEY LITERALLY THREATENED TO KEEP MY DOG AS THEY HAULED HER ALL OVER THE EAST COAST AND WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALLS. UPON FINALLY GETTING TO THE DESTINATION, THEY THREW THE DOG AT MY SISTER THEN TOOK OFF WITHOUT TURNING OVER KEY OWNERSHIP DOCUMENTS. LIARS AND FRAUDS

At best this was an unforgettable exerperience. The two sisters were very difficult to work with. We picked their dog Ella up Saturday the 17th and delivered to their home Friday the 23rd as agreed at pickup with the sister in New Jersey. Drove to their residence and delivered, would not unload till the other sister was done verbalizing and we were paid. Then little Ella was handed to her. I'm not aware of any documents so, I don't know what that is. They were mad cause we did the job.

My only complaint is that Leo got to Maine in 15 days, when I was told the trip would be 10-14 days. From other reviews, it seems like Redwing frequently projects a shorter trip duration than is actually required, and I wish they would have been honest from the outset. I still would have accepted their services knowing that it would be a longer trip, rather than being lied to and feeling uncomfortable about the whole situation for two weeks. That being said, Leo arrived in great condition.

Figuring how to pickup dogs in Autin, TX to the many road closures and detours we encountered as we traveled up the Eastern Seaboard. Both dogs arrived in good shape and the drivers were very nice and loving towards the dogs. The trip took a little longer than expected but there were no problems with transport. The pricing was excellent and I would use them again should the need arise.

Although these people are very nice they should not be shipping anything alive. I was told when I booked my shipment that I would have my pup in 5 days. I got her today after she had been on the truck for 11 days. She is wicked skinny and TRAUMATIZED!!! Lets pray with time that she will snap out of it. You never talk to the actual person transporting the dog, just the one who books it. She always has an excuse and usually it's something weather related. I will NOT use again.

When you call the office phone I am sorry but, I am forced to answer. There was never anything weather related in our discussions. We had delays due to road closures. Sookie -aka- Dumplin is a lanky puppy, This puppy is in the same condition as when we picked up. I agree the puppy is extremely skiddish but, was that way when we picked up. The Lady had to phsyically pickup to load as it would not move. This puppy, was tended properly was walked/fed never lost a lbs. We care for the pets.

No Detailed Feedback Available Thanks so much Roxy, Wanda and Cecil for taking care of Brunella. I decided to ship Brunella in a truck as the airlines do not allow dogs to travel with more than 80. Brunella did all the way from South Lake Tahoe to New York City. It seems that she had a great time and she arrived happily to NY. Roxy was able to update me every day how Brunella was doing and where she was. I definitively will recommend them if you need to ship your dog anywhere in USA. Thanks again.

Jax was picked up 10/8 (tolls) 14 day del. Last month you cancelled when we were there to pickup from Mom (tolls) because you did not have housing for Jax. Your instruction for communication was at 7 day mark and again before arrival. Had several calls inbetween. We had 3 day delay for mech rpr/driver injury. Jax was not delivered in cond. you stipulated/you told driver happy with his cond but upset cause we had to transport bed in ex large unit, too lrg for lugguage comp. You fabricated!

Grandma in law booked order and did a fantastic job of overseeing the kitty and puppy had them ready to go. Delivering to her Son and Daughter was absolutely amazing. We have never seen a cat that displayed recognition and cuddling love for a pet parent. We so enjoyed the reunion. Thank you for allowing us to transport the kids to your kids. Our contract time for pickup was 9/8 - 9/15. We picked up Daisy 9/15. Our contracted date for drop off was 9/22 - 9/29. Saturday 9/29 above your location a injector failed in a small town in route to you in Florida. We could not get it replaced until Monday on which day from repair shop we delivered Daisy. These are circumstances out of our control, but did not force anyone to move up pickup dates. Please refer to contact terms to verify dates. We appreciate your understanding. Thanks

We traveled 730 miles in a round trip to pickup this gentleman's pets and board for 6 days no extra charge +2274 miles home. We never use the client's dishes/blanket or leashes. If not packaged as directed they get dirty. Adertise our transporter/no exposure to elements/tar, should not have chosen if not satified with equipment. We thought he was not housebroken should have been caught on travel exam. It is just impossible to please everyone so we accept your lump of coal. Thanks

Andrea & Charles were just a gems especially Andrea, facing her cancel on the dogs and getting her household moved. She had 3 heat sensitive pets and we were moving in the triple digits. All went well on the transport, A/C's chugged on and kept their kids comfy at 70 degrees. We aquired a new shot gun buddy their boston. And had the opportunity to work with some very nice people. This order booked two months in advance. Talked several times with Liliana on phone. Made adjustment to drop off for her convience thought everything was worked out. She was upset as we were a couple days early. She had all information phone #'s etc and used the phone more then once, talking in person much better then email. She had several emails from us also.

This is a total fabrication of the facts. We have been in communication with this client who booked this order 7/27. We contracted to p/u her puppy 8/21 - 8/28,we attempted to pickup Wednesday 8/22 but, trying to accomidate them, saying what they wanted to hear we only made ourselves look bad by not being able to achieve that date. We talked with breeder Weds(8/22) and told her we would not be able to make it that day. Sat.(8/26) was the target we called 24 hrs in advance (8/24) to complete.
