Redwing Hound Haulers, Nationwide Quality Dog Transportation since mid 1990's. Customized Multi Dog hauler to include Apartments to accommidate the extremely large breed to 250 pounds to the very tiny toy, one to 5 pounds. Features Climate Controlled Atmosphere which runs independently from transporting unit. So even at the gas station break your pet enjoys AC comfort. West Coast to East Coast and back 12 months of the year. Adult Dog Fed 3 times per day, using Purina One Dog Food, water at all times. Walked every 6 hours. Four times per day. Bedding refreshed every six hours. Puppys, have water and food 24 hours a day using Purina Puppy Food, Play penned or walked every 6 hours, under 4 months they never touch ground. Four times per day. Bedding refreshed every six hours. References are available upon request after bid acceptance. Since the Mid 1990's we have been hauling for exclusive breeders/shows/hunters/trainers throughout the United States and Canada and continue to do so

Appreciated the fact that they got my dog to my husband and I in good time. Did not appreciate the fact that they forgot that they had my dogs shot records and I have yet to recieve them in the mail,the driver griped that my grandfather left the dog out on the front porch for them because he is 84 and cant handle my hyperactive dog, or the fact that they were given a bag full of toys and dog food and driver said he never got it and Ive lost close to $100 and was told they would reimburse me.

Hi as per our phone conversation, Your shot records were found and have been mailed. No one recalls gripping about your dog on front porch. He wasn't even tied up to the porch, the gentleman brought the dog out and tied him to the side of the house, he gave us a crate and on that crate was a harness/leash and papers. I was on phone with you and wasn't going to take crate but, you said you made arragements with office to take. No toys/no food was ever given. We reduced rate/timely del. ???

Thank you so much for taking special care of Kaya. After having had major surgery, it was a little scary sending her off for a long trip. She arrived in great shape and Chuck and Wanda made sure she was able to eat carefully so she did not lose any weight. After a long trip she was extremely happy to be reunited with her Papa. Positives: Dog was delivered alive. Delivered additional supplies upon request. Negatives: Very Poor Communication. When delivery date was set, showed up 6+ hours late. Very hard to coordinate with, although delivered within the 1 week time frame. Would not choose to use in the future.

Kiddo was just a wonderful dog, I know you will spend many years enjoying her. Knowing you were in Neb. you probably did not hear about some 2 million without power and phone. Tons of snow, trees down, power lines down and total gridlok on the express ways. Your friend met us on the road outside his apt. too much snow to get in, took kiddo and his carrier filled with what was in there on pickup. Talked with you several times, driver talked with you. Do any of you ever notice how irrelevant feedbacks have become? No matter where you look there are always those negative comments coming from pretentious adults acting like little girls. I had a 1 year old Alaskan Malamute shipped from Florida to California. You can't possibly expect EXACT details of arrival on services like this. She was dropped off this morning within the timeframe promised at 100% health. Communication, price, and the dog care given by the driver all exceeded my expectations.

If you check your contract that actual quoted days was 15,from pickup to delivery. You had us P/U 5 days early heading E. knowing it would add time, as 3rd party was restless, rather then return back for P/U. Owner badly burned fm water/eng fluid flown to hospital in SEA Fm TX. Relief truck met in AZ not missing a beat other then hook up time. Communication layed out sit. but not dead on as working on the fly from a tragedy. Swayer was a great traveler. Thank you.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Do to no fault of the service provider, I have to retrieve my dog myself to take care of veterinary issues. I would like to add this provider was wonderful with trying to work with me and wonderful to speak with. I have spoken with them directly and am very thankful for how understanding they are that I need to haddle Boris' medical above all else. Thankyou for your great ccommunication and understanding. I will be sure to contact you if I need transport services in the future.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am very angry about my experience with this provider after several very frustrating conversations with them and their lack of response to my emails. I do not wish to use your site to ship anything anymore. I expect to get my deposit back in full.

This order booked two months in advance. Talked several times with Liliana on phone. Made adjustment to drop off for her convience thought everything was worked out. She was upset as we were a couple days early. She had all information phone #'s etc and used the phone more then once, talking in person much better then email. She had several emails from us also.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I tried contacting my service provider 2 weeks ago, and again 2 days ago. I have not received any responses.

This is a total fabrication of the facts. We have been in communication with this client who booked this order 7/27. We contracted to p/u her puppy 8/21 - 8/28,we attempted to pickup Wednesday 8/22 but, trying to accomidate them, saying what they wanted to hear we only made ourselves look bad by not being able to achieve that date. We talked with breeder Weds(8/22) and told her we would not be able to make it that day. Sat.(8/26) was the target we called 24 hrs in advance (8/24) to complete.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved They canceled my shipment on accident and rescheduled me for a month later. The people who were watching my dog told me i had just a few day to get her out of there house or they would get rid of her. I had to find someone else to ship her sooner.
