I no longer need my item(s) shipped Do to no fault of the service provider, I have to retrieve my dog myself to take care of veterinary issues. I would like to add this provider was wonderful with trying to work with me and wonderful to speak with. I have spoken with them directly and am very thankful for how understanding they are that I need to haddle Boris' medical above all else. Thankyou for your great ccommunication and understanding. I will be sure to contact you if I need transport services in the future.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I am very angry about my experience with this provider after several very frustrating conversations with them and their lack of response to my emails. I do not wish to use your site to ship anything anymore. I expect to get my deposit back in full. Response from Skiles: This order booked two months in advance. Talked several times with Liliana on phone. Made adjustment to drop off for her convience thought everything was worked out. She was upset as we were a couple days early. She had all information phone #'s etc and used the phone more then once, talking in person much better then email. She had several emails from us also.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from Skiles: Customer needed his kitties picked up by Sunday 11/3. Critical Burn Injury/Mechanical problems delayed prior trip so we could not make it to his location until Monday/Tuesday 11/4 - 11/5 and this was too late for his move.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I tried contacting my service provider 2 weeks ago, and again 2 days ago. I have not received any responses. Response from Skiles: This is a total fabrication of the facts. We have been in communication with this client who booked this order 7/27. We contracted to p/u her puppy 8/21 - 8/28,we attempted to pickup Wednesday 8/22 but, trying to accomidate them, saying what they wanted to hear we only made ourselves look bad by not being able to achieve that date. We talked with breeder Weds(8/22) and told her we would not be able to make it that day. Sat.(8/26) was the target we called 24 hrs in advance (8/24) to complete.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved They canceled my shipment on accident and rescheduled me for a month later. The people who were watching my dog told me i had just a few day to get her out of there house or they would get rid of her. I had to find someone else to ship her sooner. Thank god I found someone else just a few days later. She will be here tomorrow in fact.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped the puppy now requires a complex surgery w/the outcome not yet determined or guaranteed.
Natalie Response from Skiles: We were there to pickup puppy but would not release until it had surgery, so, transport needed to be put on hold till outcome is known. We hope all goes well for him he is just too cute. Thanks, Redwing Hound Haulers

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Sadly, I have to put this move on hold. My family is in the process of moving from AZ to MI (husband is already there). I'm in AZ until I have a job secured in MI. The job offer that was recently extended has been put on hold until further notice due to a hiring freeze. So, for now, I am remaining in AZ.
