The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment provider unable to pick up shipment. Response from SignatureTransport: customer MISREPRESENTED item. item was located in green bay WI not st paul MN stated on uship. we tried to accomodate this in everyway possible uship was contacted as well too they showed nothing on their end either saying it was in WI. ONCE AGAIN NOT MY FAULT

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the size and weight of item to be shiped were inacturately estimated. Response from SignatureTransport: i arrived to pick up item and it was 2.5 ft longer than described and weighed 2x as much. couldnt get it at that time. told customer i could get it monday, he said he bought 2 trucks @ RB so he will go get everything himself.
i get a cancellation because of a customers screw up. this gets really old. AGAIN NOT MY FAULT!!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Pickup kept getting delayed and delayed. I lost confidence in this shipper. Response from SignatureTransport: customer stated he wasnt in a hurry to ship, then the story changed. we had truck issues for a day, took to dealership-they lied to us on when they could get the part in. we cant control that. we called customer to pick up bike and he said no. we were 30 miles away. he was not understanding at all. breakdowns happen in this industry. we tried everything to make him happy. we still couldve had it delivered on time. we kept constant communication with him the entire time.

I have already arranged for another carrier for this shipment sorry we will have to cancel i got somebody to this this sooner thanks anyway Response from SignatureTransport: This crap gets old! They accepted my bid, we communicated, a day goes by and they cancel it. Really? My ratings go down because of people like this. It should only be a cancellation on his profile not mine. This cancellation is NOT MY FAULT and should not be used agaist me.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Response from SignatureTransport: i tried to cancel bid on uship but the site was runnung slow, so i got a notification that the customer accepted the bid. sorry i did not want a cancellation on my profile. i tried to prevent but no success. my apoligies to the customer.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time the driver just called after waiting for them for two weeks to tell me that he couldnt do the load Response from SignatureTransport: i attempted to pick up backhoe 2 weeks ago and it was heavier than what was stated on uship by customer. so i showed up 2 weeks later with a bigger trailer, i called the customer on the way and he advised me that he did some research and the actual weight of the item was 21K when it was stated on uship that it was 16K. at that time i knew that would be too heavy. THE SHIPMENT WAS MISREPRESENTED BY THE CUSTOMER!!!!
i made 2 attempts to pick up item.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The tractor was not purchased and financing declined Response from SignatureTransport: tractor was booked thru me, then customer called and said they couldnt get financing to work out. so he never owned the tractor. another cancellation on my profile when not my fault!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Response from SignatureTransport: called customer to shedule pick, then when i got into town it was too late to pick, but we agreed that the moring would be fine. i stayed over night to accomodate; come morning i NEVER could get a hold of him. had to leave. customer called me back in a week.
