My name is Dave Miller and I am a freight transportation coordinator with an International Transportation firm.
My goal is to reduce your time, costs, and worry associated with shipping your products within Canada and in the United States. As a “full service” transportation broker I do not simply find a truck and send it to pickup your load; rather, I monitor your shipment in transit, communicate with the driver, your customs broker, and receiver, and then advise you of the safe delivery. We handle oversize loads, Hazmat, LTL and full loads throughout Canada and the US.
With respect to claims, most claims can be avoided given properly written carrier load contracts and shipper bills of lading. Both documents require explicit instructions and release conditions.
