Had a little bit of problem in the beginning when I had to deposit my shipment to the carrier instead of getting them picked from my place.. But other than that, no issues. My shipment was delivered on time without any damage. Sean was really patient in answering my questions and was quite helpful. Will do business with him again.

I also called the number supplied by UShip myriads of times and left voicemails and again no replies or acknowledgements. I even googled the contact business name and phone numbers to get other potential means of contact. My shipment arrived intact and I was well informed in the process. Loading went on time and was easy. It did take twice the expected time for delivery but this was acceptable for my situation and the destination was a bit off the beaten path. I would work with them again.
