The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
They thought our horse was going south , but he was going north. They were very good about trying to make things work, but we couldn't find a time schedule that would work for both of us.

I bid on this transport becacuse I thought it was from MN to TX and it was my mistake the ad was from TX to MN. I called the shipper(Mickey) and explained the problem she was willing to work with me if we both could come up with an agreeable date. She needed a transport within one week, and with my other commitments I was unable to do this. She was very nice and understanding. and I offered a discount on her next shipment, if and when she had one. Thanks, Shannyn

Welsh Equine Enterprises gets an A++ for this contract. Communication was always quick and friendly. The company rescheduled another job to accommodate my time schedule (I bought a horse that had to be moved from the sale facility in a certain timeframe). The truck/trailer were appropriate for the hauling job and were comfortable for my new broodmare. The mare was handled carefully and arrived in great shape. From start to finish, this was a wonderful experience. My highest recommendation!

This was my first experience with uship and it was wonderful. Both myself the receiver of the mini donkeys and the sender were extremely please with Billy Welsh.
He had the whole trailer bedded for 2 little donkey foals and they were happy campers. I would highly recommend using his services.

I am very pleased with the way Mr. Welsh handled my quarter horse gelding while traveling from central Florida to NW Tennessee. He was very timely, and kept me updated on their progress, and gave several estimations on time and distance. Communication was excellent. Would definitely ship with them again. Thanks for bringing him to me safely!

AWESOME! I was really nervous since I had never really had my horses hauled so far by someone I didn't know. Billy was great! He wanted me to feel comfortable. He was absolutely AMAZING! He watched my horses so closely on the trip. My mare was pregnant & he was worried about her so he stopped every 2 hrs to check her. He got them here safely a day earlier than expected & they did wonderful. Not stressed @ all. He even called later that night to check and see how they were settling in. A+++

My mares arrived happy and healthy, thanks to the excellent care Billy gave them. There were minor un-preventable delays, but communication was excellent. I highly recommend this shipper and will definitely use them again!

We just want to really thank Billy & his girlfriend for delivering Velvet from MI to NC and in such good spirits. She had a long trip and nearly ran off the trailer prancing around as if she had just gotten on it. They communicated with us the entire time so we always knew where she was. She is 33 years old and we were a bit concerned about the trip but she did great! She is on a special diet and they made sure she had just what she needed for the entire trip. We highly recommend them.

Welsh Equine Enterprises is incredible. These people are very professional and sincerely care about your horse. Billy was in constant contact with me both prior to pickup and during the transport of my yearlings. They made sure I knew what was going on at all times. I would definitely, without a doubt recommend these people to anyone looking to provide their horse with a pleasant and safe trip. Thanks again guys!
