The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Shipper "thought" i cancelled, even though no such cancellation occurred....and said he could do it a week later even though we planned this for months..it was a present for my neice and our whole family from around thecountry was coming.

Mr. Welsh was VERY good with my horses and in keeping in contact. He and his wife arrived without any problems and were very knowledgable in the care and safety of the horses. I'd recommend them to everyone.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
The person who has this account is not the actual service provider. I contacted the person who was to provide the service and he was to have sent me a contract that night. I even told him that we would pay on the front end in full. That was on Thursday, it is now Sunday and I have not heard a word back from him and have not received any contract.
I am not comfortable putting my horse on his trailer now and paying him up front. What if he disappears with my horse and my money? He is not

Response from Shannyn: This lady does not know what she is talking about. We sent her a contract by e-mail and she could not open it. My daughter Shannyn, open this account and she does the computer work and i do the transport. If you read the feed back you will see people talking about me ( Billy ) doing the transport work. She said she woul pay me in full on the front end, who turns down this kind of offer. I called her on Sunday and ask why she cancel on me. She found a guy in her town to do it for half the cost.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
I had to delay the shipment, then when i was ready for it, they were not.

Response from Shannyn: We won the bid to transport her horse. The closing on their house feel through and they could not move at the time of transport. So it was put on hold. When they were ready i could not do it in there time frame. Billy

I have to say negative, because I had many bids, then after I accepted their bid and discussed the departure date, made arrangements, i got a message that they CANCELLED. not even rescheduled. but cancelled my horse tranport. I appreciate the opprotunity to let others know that when it says high cancellations for the folks, they mean it.

Billy did a great job of transporting our two mares. He took very good care of them and they arrived in good condidtion. I am happy with this transport and will not hesitate to use them again... good, honest people.

I chose this shipper not only because he promised to move my horse in a timely manner but because he had 100% positive results. Welsh Equine Enterprises treated my horse as if he was theirs and everything worked out exactly as they had arranged. I would not hesitate to use them in the future... Thanks Billy and Shannyn! Job well done!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I have not been able to reach the shipper after numerous calls. No return phone calls and he did not show up at the agreed upon time.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
WTF! I have no idea what happened to this person. All communications prior to the pickup date were great. He made contact with my pick-up liaison in West Virginia; he was scheduled to pick up my horses the next day and didn't show up. No return of phone calls from either numbers nor reply to emails either. He not making the transport really put me in a bind with my border in West Virginia

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I have been calling the service provider for over 6 days no one answered there cell phone the other phone number I have sent email. I recd an email yeterday on 11/24 stated that they could not pick up my horse and to relist my shipment. I need my deposit refunded. I just relisted my shipment today.....
