A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved customer called said that the vehicles could not be picked up when i was going to be there that it would have to be on the next day, i got a call that my grandmother had a heart attack i had to leave and head back home, we talked and i was going to try and make a run that way but i have nothing going that way to his pick up,

I do feel horrible for this,I had something personnel come up in my life, I left Timmy in a bad situation we talked for about 1hr,he said he understood, I know he was mad I just hope he got it all taken care of,Timmy I am sorry for doing this I wish you the best of luck and thanks for the talk also Sincerely Mike (SRT)
