His next e-mail gave a date and time to pick up shipment but never showed nor called. I e-mailed shipper to let him know that I was a little unhappy with his communication. He replied he forgot his phone and that being unhappy to go

Response from berthabart: I spoke with shipper on Friday and told him the person at From destination was waiting for his call. He said he'd call right away; he did not. He said he sent me an email Sat.--the pickup day--saying he changed the pickup day to Tuesday. Even if the email had arrived, that's awfully late to reschedule.
