The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Nightmare. I had been largely ignored since I accepted the bid. I sent a long message with all details immediately and didn't hear back for 3 days. I then got a one line message with a possible collection day, another message on the day at 10:30 saying "be with u 1 130" and heard nothing after that.
I found out days later from the man the item was being collected from (who was thankfully home) that the courier had turned up and then left because he had no room for the item, even though all mea

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Hello
I chose this service provider as I asked to collect the items at 1 pm or 2pm. However I get text message that service provider can not make it at that time only early morning. I sugested 12pm and no response from service provider. This is the reason why I would like to cancel it as I do not feel confident about it and he can not make on the specified time as per emails, 2pm on the 27/05/13. Please can you return all money paid. Thanks kind regards Maggie

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I accepted Scottsrus72's quote on 23 April and sent him an email asking him to contact the seller direct to arrange collection. He did not respond to that email, nor did he contact the seller. When I telephoned him, I was told that his van was "off the road" but that he would contact me that afternoon/following day once he knew status of repair and when he could deliver. Neither I, nor the seller have heard from him since. Today is now the 27th. I had hoped to have received my goods by now,
