The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Service Provider was very hard to reach and was inflexible on pickup dates, even though that was one of our criteria in describing our need. Once we did finally made contact, the dates the Service Provider suggested were ones we were out of town. He then promised he would either pick up the shipment or call on Feb 24 or 25 as we would be back in town. We have not heard a word from them since nor did they show up. We called and left a message on Feb 26 but no response what so ever. Given the
