We are a Family buisness, I am from Waterloo, Iowa where I started delivering John Deere farm equipment and snowmobiles while i was still in high school. I have been in the electrical field as a master electrician and a journeyman lineman for 20 years, which has given me the opportunity to tow & haul various types of equipment.I moved to Chandler, Arizona in 2006, Working in my trade and slowly started a towing company as well, I also have been hauling a Arizona state race car champion around the U.S For a Year. Mike was able to pick-up and deliver my motorcycle for a very reasonable fee. I was kept informed by Mike throughout the process. I would use his sevice again, and I would recomend him to anyone!

This cancellation can be given thanks to a Drunk, Truck driver(OUTLAW,INDEPENDENT OWNER/OPERATOR),also had no insurance, He hit the back of my truck with his Rig crushed my box,The shipper could not wait for me to get my truck fixed,

I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period No i do not wish to cancel I was told by them when it was bid on that it was going to be ready last fri or sometime the following week I have been on the road without any internet,if they were so concerened with communication they could have called me never did I once get a call, thanks Mike(SRT)

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services the carrier was told it was a rolling chassie & might run when he came to pick up the truck the trailer he brought had no winch because he said it was stolen but would return in oct. after dealing with a personal matter the seller claims there is storage of $100/mo that i have all ready paid 2mo. worth. i'd like to know what the next step is & what becomes of my deposit how do i talk to someone @ uship in person

The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it The truck was supposed to be running if it was jump started wich was ok with me, made contact with pickup he stated that it wouldnt run and has not ran IN 5 YEARS, The pickup party wont even try to get it to run for us. I do feel bad for this gentleman super nice guy all around spoke with him on the phone quite a bit,and yes i was going to try to get back in october but something very personel came up in my life so i canceled.
