I was really expecting the car earlier than what I got it. All in all I did have a decent experience for my first time using uShip. If I need to ship another car in the future I will feel more at ease with it. I really needed to talk to someone from uShip early on but I could not figure out how to reach anyone. Once the rep from SafeDirect told me what was going on with the move, we came up with a resolution together and the car was here within the next week! Could have been sooner. Thank you!

Third party shippers. The shipper delayed and never contacted me about the delay. Scheduled shipment and their truck broke down twice. I had to contact them to find out what was happening with my shipment. The shipper was very hard to get in contact with and had poor communication. We set up to meet somewhere and he changed it last minute, did not ask or anything. Just said he was at the location and to come and pick up the vehicle. Spoke to someone at the company and they were some what helpful

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We are sorry we were unable to confirm a transport for this customer within a week. We did discuss how the "standby rate" can affect timing and carrier availability, and we worked at a loss to try to finalize the move. Unfortunately there was no carrier response within the alloted time, so we had no news for this customer. We offered to continue to work at a loss, but the customer decided to cancel instead.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Unfortunately this customer had an expectation of service that does not reflect what we offer. We were happy to work to schedule a carrier for the lowest possible rate but there was not immediate availability. In the interim the customer listed with at least one competitor undercutting our ability to confirm a carrier (essentially competing with his own bid). We are sorry we could not work with the customer to complete this order.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We are sorry that we couldn't confirm a carrier in the window the customer first made the car available, but we were very clear about the bid price limiting availability. The customer received a bid and another quote from us for expedited pricing and we spoke at length about the difference. I replied to customer queries as recently as yesterday afternoon (by voicemail and email) about the status and the options available, but the customer choose to work with someone else rather than through us.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I booked with service provider at their listed price on 5/27/13. They accepted on 5/28/13. Since then they have been unable to find a carrier to actually ship my car. The communication wasn't a problem, but 11-days later I still haven't been able to ship the car. Each time I'm told to wait Another 24-48 hours. It even stated on uship's site that item wouldbe ppicked up within 7-days of booking.
