The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Swampers failed to show up at agreed apon time date. After 4 days trying to contact Swampers I recieved a eimail from Marie Operations Manager for Swampers that Mr Vallarta had suffred a heart attack and that all operation were suspended and my money would be credited back.After not recieving a credit I registared a complaint with u-ship, were Mr Vallarta claimed that my frieght was not picked up because my supplier was not ready. No contact has been made and no refund recieved.

I am not sure who this is. My name is Marie and I am his ex wife to be. I have never been an operations manager for his "company". To my knowledge he did not suffer any such heart attack. To my knowledge there is no said trucking company, just a guy with a suburban. I am sorry for any trouble this may have caused you. You can reach MR. Anthony Villaire @ (403) 880-8206. As previously stated I am sorry Tony ripped you off. My name has no conection of any kind with SWAMPERS.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The phone number provided is not for the shipper. Anthony Villaire. He did not show up at either place today as discussed. Some research of his name pulls up less than desirable information. I have also emailed this shipper.

We talked to this shipper numerous times and he could never set a date for shipment. Also, he did not send deposit when promised. We always answer our phones, 24/7.

Shipper is facing CRIMINAL Charges from the FED DOT for load abandonment. Civil Action Pending. DO NOT USE L3 Enterprises for even the simpliest load.

Response from mrxmarine: Swampers are out right liers, do not use there services.I can not believe someone would lye about having a heart attack the shipment was ready for pick up and they simply did not show up, nor did they return any calls or e-mails.When I registared a complaint I recieved an e-mail stating that Anthony had a heart attack, and now he's claiming I didn't have my end ready. Next time use brain surgery it's more believable.

We are currently unable to provide service and will provide any refunds as soon as possible. Response from mettowers: I wondered what had happened to you. Sorry to hear about the heart attack. Customer has not responded to numerous phone calls, messages, or emails from us nor has her tried to contact us. When payment has cleared, shipment will be scheduled for pickup; most likely will be loaded on Thursday and delivered on Saturday as agreed.

Picked up LATE, Sub-Contracted to an UNKNOWN Shipper, $200 EXTRA Cost to me to get vehicle loaded in Denver, then the driver dropped my vehicle in L.A. at a Wal-Mart (w/out telling me) and the vehicle got impounded!! One week later, I still have NO vehicle, I have to go to L.A. and pay $650 to get my truck from impound, and pay additional charges to have delivered to me in San Diego. BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS SHIPPER!! L3 ENTERPRISES DID NOT COMPLETE LOAD. Response from L3enterprises: Swampers please stay in contact with us,as we are working on fixing this,as we were told that the truck had been delivered and everything had gone smoothly. We are checking into it now,so give us a chance to rectify this Thank You.Rick L-3 Enterprises Tyler Tx.
