Shipment was 13 days late without any calls to explain, then arrived at destination without any warning, forgot to bring part of it which caused still another delay, etc.; HOWEVER, I would definitely consider using them again in the future, as they handled the cargo well, are conscientious about all other matters, and they price their services *very* well. Overall, I'm glad I hired them. Thanks.
