Chris was quick to call and I promptly paid $600 around Thanksgiving through paypal which I will call and dispute tomorrow. I have been unable to contact him for almost 2 weeks and on the 14th his voicemail box was full. I will now spend my time and vacation pay to drive from Oregon to Oklahoma to pick up this boat. I will be cancelling the shipment and am not impressed with the way he handles business. I did not need it hauled until this week or so and he had well over 3 weeks to plan for it.

Chris delivered my boat from Florida to Vermont without any problems. He is pleasant and hardworking. I found the overall UShip experience satisfactory despite my initial qualms about using an internet based service.

No question on Stopngoxpress miss represented there business. When you pay in full in October for a shipment and date of pickup was November 1 of 2009 not met. Then and e-mail giving a date of December 1 for the boat pickup which wasn't met. Many calls to representive and when finally able to contact was told there trailer was stole in Texas. Next excuse was a blown engine in there truck. Finally gave up on them after waiting 3 months. No refund of funds that was transfer to them for shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I emailed this customer several times with NO response. He has an Armenian phone number. Customer could not be reached. I bid on this shipment expecting to ship within 1 day as stated in customers request, but customer never replied to my emails! I don't appreciate another cancellation on my record. NONE of the cancellations are due to me, but it goes on my uShip record!!!!!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services StopNG0xpress is no longer in business. Comunicated with there representative "Chris" and paided the full amount for shipment but all the excuses etc. didn't get the boat deliver to me. As I said earlier they are out of business now and I'm out close to 2000 dollars. I have relisted the boat again through UShip already.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Chriss asked deposit $950.us pick up the boat at dealer dec4th,tell 5dys delivry ny state, no answer,knews till dec 18,give him 2ndchance but asked call dec 22, never call no news no answer mess or email, Boat dealer finally got him, recuperate the boat(always in nevada)with grafitis on $ 500 damages, he promise a check reimbursment $950+$500jan5, never present to dealer no answer mess and email I will have to assumeall fees and loose ± $ 1700 us

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period *BEWARE CAUTION*I booked this in November. Chris was fast to contact me and give me a good price.I would of never booked it,if I new it would of been at least 2 weeks before he could of even pick up. Then we set a pick up date and I sent him $600 through Pay Pal as a deposit. He never showed up to pick up items. 6 days of calling his number and 3 emails and not even 1 return call....Feel free to contact me I have email copies and recorded voice mails......

No Detailed Feedback Available Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time This provider asked for half down and a check in a personal name. This provider also stated a different delivery date than his original bid was for. I did not want to use this company as I did not have time to wait.

My terms are stated in the bid. 50% down 50% at del. Customer also wanted a quote for a household move when I spoke to him. Delivery date was not an issue. Customer never said he was not comfortable with the terms. This could have been negotiated and resolved.

There was NO scheduling conflict! I was ready to ship as I am only 20 min away from the pick up. Customer never contacted me. He asked several times if it could be shipped the next morning which I responded YES. I sent several emails, to which I never received a response. The phone number provided was from the country of Armenia, and I could not reach him that way.
