Mike was very responsive and helpful. The trucker that did the haul, Matt, was also very cooperative and helpful. I knew when they planned to pick up, when they picked up and was kept informed of their progress every mile of their haul. This was the first time using uship and Stone Trucking won my business/bid. I must say this was an excellent experience. I got a great price and Stone Trucking had excellent communication and were kind in explaining in detail the process. The load was picked up on time, the driver communicated clearly and professionally with me as to arrival time and all went perfectly. The payment for the shipping was easy and efficient once the delivery was completed. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

After trying to get a local well known outfit to move my machine (with delays and excuses galore), I tried Uship. If only I started with them first! My crawler was moved by professionals that knew their business! Service was exceptional! I would recommend them to all!

Overall the shipment did make it, there was a few hiccups but anyone in the industry knows that will happen from time to time. The load was picked up a few days later then expected, but I was not in a rush to receive load, also was some mechenical issues, wether it was driver error or just normal wear and tear is anyones guess, overall communiction was good. Allthough I am leaving neutral feedback I would probably use again and hope things would go smoother.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The transporter agreed to transport the trucks for $5000.00.He bidded for $5237 for the two shipments,I accepted that.I needed these trucks moved to the port by friday 8/10 because I have made a booking with a ship. He told me 'take my word to the bank, it is done'. He started complaining that the money is not enough, he will prefer us to do this off USHIP. That USHIP will collect almost $400 off each shipment. I told him I am not comfortable with that. He failed to deliver and cancelled.

BE CAREFUL!!! Bagale called me off of uShip after I had canceled my bid. (we had already covered the truck). He asked me to broker them. I told him he was not offering enough money. After a week of his calls around uShip I directed him back and with no promises and I agreed to his rate. IT WAS A TRAP! After a week of not having ANY driver interested. Me and my people worked a week on this for no pay. Saturday he called yelling making no since saying I had his load hostage/ransom...I had no idea.
