Mike and Rick at Stone Trucking were great to deal with. They hauled a 90,000 lb Crane across statelines for us. No hidden fees, knew exactly what they were getting into. Dealt with auction company at pick-up site and did a great job. Kept me informed of progress of the shipment. THEY WERE NOT THE LOW BID! The extra money was WELL worth it because of their knowledge of what they were hauling and there professionalism.

On the first time they told me the bid was around $2850, but two days later I recived a email telling me that an error was made and the price had to change to $3500. I responded by saying yes telling them to do the work. I sent two emails explaining that the machine was broken and unable to work, but action workers they removed a part of arm in two pieces.The shiping company called me telling me that they couldnt lift the 3 or 4 pieces because the permisio

The only error was this customer not telling us that it was in 5 different pieces. The item we bid on even in the picture it was together. We would have never of bought a permit ($300 we lost) or taken this load if it would at anytime been communicated it was disassembled! Thank you for costing us the permit, fuel, driver time ect.! WATCH OUT FOR THIS CUSTOMER...GET ALL THE INFO...AND VERIFY IT WITH THE PICK-UP!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I am sure this company is reputable, however he has a current rash of issue after issue on why he can?t pick up the load. I have waited over a week to come to some type of date to pick up the load. I am tired of excuses and waiting. Sorry but have to get my load delivered.
