No Detailed Feedback Available The guys were very nice, but were too late to pick up or deliver more than once. Ultimately the job was done, but they did leave myself and the person the picked up from waiting for them and calling to say they would be late and having to reschedule hours after they were due to arrive.

No Detailed Feedback Available Shipping provider always postponed the agreed time for pick up (either out of town, or problems with their truck). He would never call me back for a confirmed time. I was patient enough to wait for their service for this long until when I called again, their number was out of service. Very bad experience with them.

No Detailed Feedback Available Service provider was hard working and did a good job of carefully loading the truck. However, the day before he arrived he said he was coming alone and could I find someone to help. Fortunately I was able to do that and it worked out okay on the shipping end. On the receiving end it was the same problem and he found a sickly street person who was working for food. The furniture was too heavy for this person which resulted in marred walls and minor furniture scratches. Would not recommend .

No Detailed Feedback Available Never showed up. Contacted me (late) and said they would be a couple of days late. I said OK, could work around it. Never called me again, never responded to my phone calls/emails. Had an auto response on email saying they would be picking up Monday. Never showed again, still no word from them, no explanation. NOTHING. Don't trust this guy.

No Detailed Feedback Available I need my item, unfortunately the seller seems nice but business is business. He told me to call him in two days to find out the status only to later tell me next week, next week comes and he does not answer the phone because he left it somewhere, then i call 7 times to here next week again. I need a shipper that calls the customer and warns of situations.

No Detailed Feedback Available I was led to beleive when I accepted this bid that the shipper was using a truck. My antique peice of furnature arrived stuffed into the back of a small car. The mover was hard to understand as he barely spoke english.

I object that the Negative rating I posted has simply been changed to a Cancellation. Simon was apparently never able to accomodate this shipment. I have email documentation where Simon took the job and agreed to ship the unit upright in a truck. He showed up with a van and open trailer and then planned to lay the unit down on the trailer and drive this in the rain for 300 miles. He had no care what-so-ever for the item being shipped. I had to find alt shipping with very last minute notice.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Hello Uship, My name is Simon From STAR-Xpress and I Accepted to do the shipment and even went to the location to get it but the Customer (LISA) called me before I could get to the Site and told me whether I was aware of the DIMENSIONS and WEIGHT and I told her I had a copy Of the Bid but it is at this time she gave me the Real dimensions plus the Weight. I asked her to contact Uship and give the same but she refused. I told her that I had used the dimensions on the Bid to determine the Mode of

This was pure miscomunnication. I didn't know the dimensions of the piano so I wrote 1x1x1. BUT in the notes section I pointed out that I didn't know the dimensions. I only wrote those numbers because I had to put something in those fields. Who thinks a piano is 1'x1'x1' anyway? So we spoke on the phone. He was NOT at the pickup location. We tried to make arrangements and when he realized the piano wasn't a foot tall he said he couldn't stick to his low bid. There was a definite language barrie

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I spoke with Simon once (I called him) when bid was accepted. After that, he never returned calls or emails and his phone message system was full and no further attempts could be made to contact him. I emailed uship also for support and didn't receive a email in 24 hours and have not yet received one. I'd like my deposit back please. I've worked over 20 hours trying to find a shipper.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider THis shipper was a problem to us in the past under a different uship name. He now bids on my shipment under a new uship name and I can not help but think it is only to hurt us again. I do not want this shipper to handle any of my items at all. The service provider then proceeded to inform me that they were not coming and that I was supposed to have received a phone call, which I didn't. This was quite unprofessional and has left me in a bind because I was supposed to fly out of chicago, but am unable because of their incompetance.

He does not speak English, is tremendously disorganized and is not returning my phone calls to refund my deposit. After several failed attempts to schedule the shipment, I am extremely uncomfortable with this service provider. No one should ever use this service provider to ship any goods.
