The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not show up on agreed date and didn't notify me. In fact he never called me at all. When I called him he explained he was sick and would pick up my item 3 days later.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I spoke with Simon once (I called him) when bid was accepted. After that, he never returned calls or emails and his phone message system was full and no further attempts could be made to contact him. I emailed uship also for support and didn't receive a email in 24 hours and have not yet received one. I'd like my deposit back please. I've worked over 20 hours trying to find a shipper.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider THis shipper was a problem to us in the past under a different uship name. He now bids on my shipment under a new uship name and I can not help but think it is only to hurt us again. I do not want this shipper to handle any of my items at all. Please check into this guy as to why he changes his id on uship. There might be fraud here. Please refund my deposit to my credit card. Thanks
508 949 1722 Response from STARXPRESS: This Shipper Hired me to Do a job and Never Paid $750. He thinks he can get everything for free by Misrepresenting the Shipment. He needs to pay up front otherwise DO NOT WORK FOR HIM.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I had to call the service provider to see if my shipment would still occur today. The service provider then proceeded to inform me that they were not coming and that I was supposed to have received a phone call, which I didn't. This was quite unprofessional and has left me in a bind because I was supposed to fly out of chicago, but am unable because of their incompetance.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Never completes the job as promised. Is dishonest and should not be listed by uship or used by anyone as this is his normal poor operation and poor service as cancellations way out number his completions. AWFUL SHIPPER!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider This service provider is completely incompetent. He does not speak English, is tremendously disorganized and is not returning my phone calls to refund my deposit. After several failed attempts to schedule the shipment, I am extremely uncomfortable with this service provider. No one should ever use this service provider to ship any goods. Response from STARXPRESS: Want him to speak your Funky language??? You better know how to talk before you open your mouth!You mind your own mouth!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper spouse pick up my bike couple days ago and Im waiting almost week to hear from him, and its hard to comunicated with shipper.I start pay storage fees for my bike. Im really not happy with this service provider.
I need canceled this service.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The piano was much heavier than I expected and I was worried that Simon did not have the proper equipment or enough manpower to do it safely, without harming anyone or anything. Response from STARXPRESS: Ok.
