No Detailed Feedback Available Simon was a pleasure to work with- he answered many calls from my parents and me and met them on time- he was patient with us and was an excellent, safe driver (my parents followed his van). He helped us move my enormous couch into my third floor apartment, and was very kind and gracious. Would definitely recommend and use again.

When his initial truck had problems he drove from Boston to New Jersey himself to ensure that I got the shipment. How often can one purchase a beautiful sofa from out of state, have it delivered and be entertaining guests with it by the week's end? Wonderful. Will definitely seek his services again. Need to, as we are furnishing an entire house.

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I spoke with Simon once (I called him) when bid was accepted. After that, he never returned calls or emails and his phone message system was full and no further attempts could be made to contact him. I emailed uship also for support and didn't receive a email in 24 hours and have not yet received one. I'd like my deposit back please. I've worked over 20 hours trying to find a shipper.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider THis shipper was a problem to us in the past under a different uship name. He now bids on my shipment under a new uship name and I can not help but think it is only to hurt us again. I do not want this shipper to handle any of my items at all. Please check into this guy as to why he changes his id on uship. There might be fraud here. Please refund my deposit to my credit card. Thanks 508 949 1722

The service provider then proceeded to inform me that they were not coming and that I was supposed to have received a phone call, which I didn't. This was quite unprofessional and has left me in a bind because I was supposed to fly out of chicago, but am unable because of their incompetance.

He does not speak English, is tremendously disorganized and is not returning my phone calls to refund my deposit. After several failed attempts to schedule the shipment, I am extremely uncomfortable with this service provider. No one should ever use this service provider to ship any goods.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The piano was much heavier than I expected and I was worried that Simon did not have the proper equipment or enough manpower to do it safely, without harming anyone or anything.
