The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time The service provider did not show up on agreed date and didn't notify me. In fact he never called me at all. When I called him he explained he was sick and would pick up my item 3 days later.

The guys were very nice, but were too late to pick up or deliver more than once. Ultimately the job was done, but they did leave myself and the person the picked up from waiting for them and calling to say they would be late and having to reschedule hours after they were due to arrive.

Shipping provider always postponed the agreed time for pick up (either out of town, or problems with their truck). He would never call me back for a confirmed time. I was patient enough to wait for their service for this long until when I called again, their number was out of service. Very bad experience with them.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time THey bid and were matched for a pickup on Nov. 25th. I wrote multiple emails to confirm and no reply. Finally called them and they had no truck available for the pickup.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I had to call the service provider to see if my shipment would still occur today. The service provider then proceeded to inform me that they were not coming and that I was supposed to have received a phone call, which I didn't. This was quite unprofessional and has left me in a bind because I was supposed to fly out of chicago, but am unable because of their incompetance.
