A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The rig and driver had problems while in Atlanta with a fatal accident that held traffic up for 5 hours, when the driver stopped to refill fresh water and hay the driver went into a restaurants and ate dinner while in the restaurants the rig was broken into and wallet and personal belongings where stolen , driver had no chose but to lay over until the office could wire emergency funds to the driver , I explained this to Billy W. who booked the shipment and he was not able to accept the date chan

What a great person to ship a horse for, she is all about the safety of the horse and totally understands that we can not control traffic conditions and loves the fact our drivers rest and we lay horses over do they can rest as well, Roxie was a pleasure to haul and her owner was very understanding about every situation that came up , thank you for everything hope you and Roxie enjoy TN

You know you are a friend of some one that is like my sister and I do have the paper from the AG station where you sent us through the AG station with expired Health Paper, I was told he was bring fined . Until I saw the paperwork I hauled your horses for you for below fuel cost as a favor to Arin, and I had a very expensive show horse on the trailer with yours and we layed them all over at 4am so the drivers can rest and you told me no problem, sorry u feel this way

You are a liar. You offered the bid before you even knew i knew your friend. You lied and said you "were" fined and needed to be refunded. Not until I called the Ag Station and spoke to the officer - did you tell the truth. Its sad that you lie instead of just being honest. Worst transport experience ever.

Tommy was a grat clientto deal with, his mare had a few trailer issues but we worked her through them and got her to travel safe and sound, I will for sure ship horses for tommy again in the future
