SPINNEYTRANSPORT has been suspended from the uShip site due to their affiliation with another account that was suspended from the uShip site for trust and safety purposes.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Following advice from UShip, I am no longer able to utilise this transporter as they were banned. I request a full refund of the deposit paid to Uship on Feb 26 of USD$173.90.
Please advise how this will be refunded and when?

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was advised by Uship that this person has been removed from Uship. I have no contact with the company via phone and the phone number given only rings and goes to voice mail. I do not feel comfortable dealing with a company or person that you can't get in contact with.

#2 The Service Provider did not pick up the boat on the scheduled date.
#3 No estimate has been established for pick up.
#4 Uship has suspended the provider from the site.
#5 Asked the Shipper to call me before I cancelled. No call back.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I was advised by your company, via email, that this provider may have acted fraudulently and was suspended from your account; therefore, I am cancelling the transaction and do request a refund. I only paid the "transaction" fee. The company required payment upon delivery, but that never happened because the delivery was delayed. However, I do still need your services. I am not sure how to proceed from here. Please advise.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Shipping company did not arrive when promised. Response from SPINNEYTRANSPORT: I called customer to let him know i had a truck on the way this was on Monday and he told us we can't pick up until the week end i cant have a truck sitting in AZ for 5 days sorry but we must move on No hard felling its just Business i tried cant win them all Good Luck with your Shipment sorry it didn't work out

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time "Driver" took the job then did nothing with it. He was in fact looking for other drivers to do the job. When none could be found, guess who lost out? ME. So, now I have till wait till after holidays because of this bait n switch crap.
Response from SPINNEYTRANSPORT: Got this email from Customer and Now on Dec 18 a cancellation request hammmm shady if you ask me no (bait n switch crap) if you ask me take a look at your own email to me
