Jeff and Jen were great to work with. They are extremely professional and very knowledgeable about how to ship and manage livestock (i.e. our cattle). Done on time with short notice - we will definitely call on them again if we need to ship/haul horses, cattle, or anything else! Great Experience!

I had an exceptionally positive experience shipping my Harley with Jeff and Jenn. They were friendly, professional, flexible and were on-time to the minute - both picking up my bike as well as delivering my bike. Jeff had motorcycle tie-downs and secured my bike in such a way that it rode perfectly, without any risk of damage. I will use Jeff and Jenn's services in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Communication was not on time however the load was delivered and satsifactory as such. Response from alttrans: This Shippers communication was none existent from day one,ignored my Calls and Emails as I needed information while in transit . I am a Contract carrier, and Paperwork was in order but wasn't understood by the Shipper. Ran into hazardous conditions and for safety reasons needed to take an extra day , all the while keeping the delivery contact informed! Many drivers would have refused this load knowing the remote location I had to deliver this !!! And yes I needed to purchase new straps fo
