Rating: Cancellation Left by: ponceco (65 ) On: 6/19/2008 For: White Armoire	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it We arrived with a cargo trailer large enough to accommodate shipment. The item was listed at 100 lbs. This item weighed in excess of 500-600 lbs. wich is why item could not be loaded by 3 people. Space was not the issue weight was. She errounously listed the weight. We drove 200 miles roundtrip in good faith, waisted 8 hours of manpower and 20 gallons of fuel. No mention of 14 ft truck was ever discussed. Her measurements are exact, but weight was the issue. Response from SB1consignment: Wow. This guy is dilusional. He did show up in a pick up truck attached to a trailer after he told me over the phone that his truck was 14 ft. Note the photo on his profile too, he's standing in front of a truck - this is a total misrepresentation. He also had his two young daughters with him (to help?) It's not my fault he misrepresented himself as a "professional" when he was not. He also had every excuse why he didn't have insurance. NOT GOOD AT ALL.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: ponceco (65 ) On: 6/19/2008 For: White Armoire	The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The driver told me he had a 14 foot truck and was insured. He showed up with a small trailer attached to a little pickup with no help and could not provide proof of insurance. He claimed that I didn't measure properly. My husband, a meticulous engineer, measured it perfectly. The measurements on USHIP are correct. Response from ponceco: The item was denied due to shipper stating item weighed 100 lbs. We show up and item weight 500-600 lbs. Her engineer was off by about 400-500 lbs. Trailer and truck where ample space. Did not have personal to lift this understated item. As a shipper we really on accurate information provided by customer.
