Experienced EBAY seller and buyer shipping things all over the Country and Worldwide. I have over 465 Positive EBAY transactions and NO negatives. I always need things shipped and will use a good hauler again and again for short and long trips with various cargo. One thing I MUST insist on is COMMUNICATION. Delays and detours can happen, all I ask is that I'm kept informed of any developments that may happen. It seems some haulers forget that and have bad "customer service". Bob never said this boat was a Christmas present. He said he wanted it stored for the winter. My other shipment was already in place. I told Bob by email I would ask the other shipment to wait his reply was "okey doky" He never said this was a Christmas gift. If so I would have taken his boat first. I tried to make arrangements for Jeff to take this for him. The place where the boat was had no lift to get it on the

Never have I been so damn angry with any "business". When questioned Jeremy lied and said he spoke to the seller when he in fact DID NOT. I had to send Police to the business address to confirm that this company even exists. YES, I got my boat but WAY Late with no explaination, apology or partial refund of any kind offered. A bad experience with a "Fly by night" company managed by an incompetant, rude and money driven novice. Response from MARINESERVICES: WE DID THIS FOR THE FUEL. ALSO WE DID TALK TO SELLER SEV. TIMES AND WE DID YOUR BACK HAUL FOR 100.00 AFTER FIGHTING THE SNOW IN THE WEST ENJOY YOUR BOAT !!! AND NEXT TIME GO GET IT YOURSELF!!!
Rating: Cancellation Left for: CandyO (189 ) On: 12/10/2007 For: 18 foot lightweight aluminum airboat	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The Hauler "Candy-O" accepted my bid after confirming the pickup date (a few days after Thanksgiving)via email. Once I accepted her bid, I was contacted by a Partner of hers named "Jeff" and told that she had also accepted another bid, and placed that pickup date in front of my pickup date. After sporatic phonecalls every few days from someone other than the hauler, I agreed to another pickup date around December 6th. The second party associated with the hauler tried to help her out and pick up Response from CandyO: I'm sorry for the mix up with the pick up of your boat. My other shipment was first. I was trying to help you out because you wanted your boat moved sooner. I did send you emails letting you know I was trying to work this out for you. I hope you got your boat shipped. Sorry you could'nt of waited a few more days. I would have had your boat there.

He picked up my shipment quickly, handled it with care, communicated with me constantly, and delivered my cargo earlier than I ever expected. I'll use him many more times in the future.
