Shipment picked up 2 days late - but the S3 logistics tells me the shipment was not ready for pickup because of a crating issue. I'm told the opposite by our engine builder who said the engine was ready to go and on the pallet. So, since I'm not sure what really happened, I'm going to make it positive feedback here. S3 did communicate with me well through the process, which I find very good because it's often the biggest problem in shipping. Thanks guys.

Pickup and delivery went well. Communication could definitely be better. I received no communication from shipper until I emailed them 3 days later. The biggest issue is that there were 3 different names involved. The Bill of Lading had an individuals name. The shipment details said Benignton Express and then when the driver showed up to pickup he said he worked for "S3". This is important because most warehouses have multiple freight companies picking up different items and it was confusing.
