Once communication was made, 11 days later, with a different person than the "uShip contact" it was decided to cancel service as I am not comfortable with this shipper.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time This shipment was booked for my father. Upon accepting the bid. I sent the winning bidder my fathers contact information. He had told me that he had received no contact from them in 3 weeks and yet when he finally called was told that they had tried to contact him 11 times via e-mail and phone. I believe the contact person for this company is flat out lying. My father was told that this person called me a few days ago but i NEVER was contacted via phone by them. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SHIPP

Here are the facts. Shipment was booked on 9/25. Emailed customer for info 9/25. Recvd response on 9/27. Father only mentioned as contact at delivery. Spoke with father on 9/28. Faxed request for payment on 9/28. Due to no response left message for customer 10/02. Left message and emailed again to customer on 10/09. Spoke with customer's father on 10/12. Father agreed to send payment 10/12. After another call to father, I canceled on 10/15. All in 17 days not 3 weeks...beware of this shipper!!!
