The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
His truck broke down and says it will be one to two weeks to fix. I am unwilling to wait that long.

It would be within the week for us to move another truck in to do this shipment, however it is another customer that can't or is unwilling to wait, payment for the boat just cleared and he has to have it immediately, we do understand, but most shipments usually take 1 to 2 weeks schedule, we had hoped to accomodate and do quicker, it just doesn't always work out, good luck with your shipment

Wow! What can I say? Dale...you were terrific. Helping me with all kinds of issues and teaching me a few things along the way. Professional and on time, even though you were coming all the way across the Country. I knew nothing about shipping a 5,000 pound boat and you stepped in and took care of everything. I would never use another shipper after this experience. Thank you Dale!

I can't say enough positive things about Dale Hazzard of Ruthland Marine Services. The service he provided far exceeded that of just shipping Cargo from point A to point B. Dale provided update information before and during the shipping process on the status of the cargo. He arrived with in his ETA. Once the boat was unloaded his added knowledge of boating and marine engines were evident as he assisted launching and lent a hand with some dead batteries - TY Dale for everything
