There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The service provider did not disclose the $500 dollar deductible that is part of their insurance offering. I was assured that there would be no additional charges (by Tanya)by Daily Direct. Alluding that insurance is provided, up to $15,000, as part of the bid price and not disclosing the deductible up front is nothing more than a "bait and switch" and shouldn't be tolerated by UShip. I realize that the charge of $50 for the zero deductible is somewhat insignificant in the grand scheme of t

Customer was well aware of all insurance information. From the full value coverage of $15,000 with a $500 deductible and well as being able to but out the deductible for an additional $50. Customer was also inform if additional insurance was needed we did offer that at $35 per $5,000 This information is also stated in a contract that is sent to a customer once a bid is accepted.
