Rating: Cancellation Left by: AAAHaulers (2) On: 11/23/2009 For: Electric Commercial Range	I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period We were asked to wait overnight to pickup this shipment and then after delaying so we could meet this customers needs, now we cannot contact them to pickup the items, so after trying and spending half a day to get in contact with this customer, in an effort to meet our other customers deadlines, we have to move on north, so their shipments will be made on time. We hate that this happened and don't know why we cannot get in contact with this customer, but to meet our other obligations, we simply

Service Provider was unable to reach customer after a reasonable period of time
Response from AAAHaulers:
We were asked by shipper to wait over night to complete the pickup the next day and the next day we tried till 2 pm to get in touch with the shipper and they weren't answering their phone, so at that point, we had no choice but to continue on to our next customer so as not to put them behind. We hate that this happened and did everything we could do to get hold of them, but to no avail.
